Sail Away

The wind will Free Your Mind
Set sail from Soper's Hole, Tortola. First, stop and dive at The Indians on Norman Island, then visit the floating bar, Willie T. Enjoy a sunset dinner onboard at the cove off Peter Island.
The Willy T is a popular party venue known for its fantastic traditional island drinks, always served with a generous pour of rum and a smile. They offer drinks like Dark & Stormy, Rum Punches, and Bushwhackers. As the afternoon goes on, they also provide shooters and body shots for entertainment and intoxication. It's a magical place where unforgettable memories are made.
"The Caves at Norman Island in the BVI are located at Treasure Point in Privateer Bay. The world-renowned caves are a "must-see" for any first-time visitors sailing the British Virgin Islands. It's impossible to describe the exact feelings I had the first time I swam into the caves."
Cooper Island is a lovely small island located just across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to the east of Tortola. Manchioneel Bay serves as the main anchorage on Cooper’s northwest side facing Road Harbor. Despite appearing open compared to other harbors, I have found Manchioneel Bay to be one of the best protected from the prevailing wind. Even during strong winds, you are likely to find calm waters in this peaceful anchorage. Quart-O-Nancy Point, along with Cooper's high profile, provides good protection from the northeast wind. Manchioneel Bay boasts clear waters and a serene atmosphere.
Day two will consist of an afternoon dive at Coopers Island, followed by spending the night at the Bitter End anchorage. One of the highlights of the day will be a visit to The Baths at Virgin Gorda, a natural wonder featuring boulders and caverns that form a maze leading to secret rock pools and the renowned Cathedral Room, which is a natural pool inside a small cave. After exploring this area, you can reward yourself with a relaxing time on the beautiful beach at Devil's Bay, or enjoy some swimming and snorkeling.
Leaving Virgin Gorda, we set sail from the Bitter End, 30 miles over open water, to reach our destination, the "Lobster Trap." The place has a great atmosphere, and the food is ridiculously good. We loved the lobster, and the seafood pasta was divine. The service is super laid-back, and the chef even came out to say hi.
I was dripping wet, wearing only a bathing suit and a grin, when I pulled a drenched $20 bill out of my bikini top. I was about to join the ranks of thirsty sailors who had swum ashore for a cocktail at the Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands.
